STANLEY GIG OVER

FORMER England C midfielder Craig Stanley has quit as playermanager of Wessex Division One side Totton & Eling after just six weeks at the helm, without leading them in a competitive fixture.
Stanley, 39, and his assistants Mark Lilley and Ben Hillman were appointed after the club finished bottom last season after managing only two wins in 36 games.
A member of the Hereford United side that won promotion to League Two in 2006, Stanley later played for Torquay United, Bristol Rovers, Morecambe, Eastleigh, Lincoln City, Lancaster City, Kettering Town, Nuneaton and Hythe & ...
