■SUTTON played Yaxley on the final day of last  season, winning 3-0, and were the victors again thanks to a brace from Rhys Hilton.
The home side took the lead in the 27th minute when a short corner found Hilton on the edge of the box and he gave the keeper no chance.
Hilton scored his second in the 39th minute when a great pass from Flavio Tavares was volleyed back into the box and Hilton met it with a diving header.
