JAKE PARK’S first-half leveller gave Lincoln United a hard-earned point at North Shields on the opening day of the Northern Premier East season.
Park’s well-struck shot from the edge found its way through a crowd of bodies to nestle in the bottom corner eight minutes before half-time.
The effort cancelled out Dan Wilson’s 25th-minute penalty for the hosts, given for Kallum Smith’s foul on David Palmer.
Tom Potter hit the bar and Ben Bottomley did brilliantly to deny Connor Oliver soon after the restar...
