JAKE PARK’S first-half leveller gave Lincoln United a hard-earned point at North Shields on the opening day of the Northern Premier East season.
Park’s well-struck shot from the edge found its way through a crowd of bodies to nestle in the bottom corner eight minutes before half-time.
The effort cancelled out Dan Wilson’s 25th-minute penalty for the hosts, given for Kallum Smith’s foul on David Palmer.
