JAKE Lovatt’s second-half nstrike saw 10-man  Newcastle rescues a draw with Witton Albion.
Newcastle started the game brightly, but it was the visitors who went ahead after 36 minutes when Oliver Hitchcox tapped in from a corner.
Witton dominated the second half, but were denied a second by several key interventions from Newcastle keeper Joe Slinn.
Town got their leveller just before the hour, as Oliver Ritchie’s stirring run and cross gave Lovatt a simple finish.
