A KYLE Tooze hat-trick sealed the win for Paulton although Lymington never gave up.
Dan Cottle and Will Harvey had efforts wide for Rovers while home keeper Aaron Sainsbury was out smartly to snuff out Owen Fee.
Paulton went ahead when Amad Skrzyniark fouled Tooze, who converted from the spot after 37 minutes.
Three minutes later it was level as Toby Bailey’s through was driven past Sainsbury. Rovers went ahead after 67 minutes as Harvey’s leftwing corner was headed home by Tooze.
