AN efficient Hyde United performance was enough to take three points from an uninspired Atherton Collieries.
The dangerous Brad Roscoe converted from a scrappy corner after ten minutes of play, giving the Tigers a deserved lead following a good start to the game.
The Tigers could have doubled their lead after half an hour.
Midfield dynamo Liam Tongue curled an impressive outside of the box effort narrowly on to the woodwork.
