A GOAL ten minutes from time settled this west London local derby, but few could deny that the correct side was the winner.
Hanwell’s Adam Laaref was the game’s outstanding player in the first half, testing home keeper Jacob Knightbridge on three occasions and denied on a fourth by a fine tackle by Ahmet Biler.
Connagh Wilks was also close for the London Geordies with an overhead kick narrowly wide.
Harrow’s only significant effort was a deft James Ewington flick, held by Hanwell keeper Hugo Sobte.
