GLOSSOP North End nwent through to the first  qualifying round as they beat Sheffield FC in a dreary tie.
Glossop stunned the hosts in the fourth minute as confusion in the Sheffield defence let Harry Freedman in clear on goal and, despite an initial block by Jordan Pierrepont, the striker was able to tap into the empty net.
Sheffield never really looked like getting back into it despite putting the visitors under a constant aerial barrage.
