THE Brewers battle for well earned point against high flying Hebburn Town.
Both sides created good openings in the opening half an hour of the game, the better of the chances going the way of the hosts.
In the 13th minute a Mark Ferguson long throw found Jack Johnson at the back post, but his header was cleared off the line. Ferguson again saw an effort blocked on the line, a thunderous volley was stopped by a defender.
However, it was Hebburn who took the lead, Jack Donaghy volleyed in at the back post ten minutes before half-time.
