JAKE Bloomer’s double failure in the penalty shootout saw Studley scalped by lower-ranked Stapenhill. The visitors netted all five through George Teeney,
Zakim Evans, Ben Novis, Jake Dickinson and Cameron Steele, leaving Bloomer needing to score to keep alive the tie.
Paul Hollis pushed away low to his left only for the assistant referee to signal that the Stapenhill stopper had encroached from his line.
Bloomer went the other way with the retake but hit the angle of post and bar to end a dour clash.
