■ THE spoils were shared as Sheffield FC and Bridlington Town cancelled each other out in an entertaining draw, to share the points on show.
The hosts took an early lead after ten minutes, with Stephen Brogan’s corner picking out Connor Cutts in the middle, with the midfielder rising highest to nod home from the middle of the area.
Brid levelled after 28 minutes, a soft free-kick for handball was awarded on the edge of the Sheffield area, with Jack Griffin driving the set-piece low and hard into the net.
