■A STALEMATE at Fetcham Grove, but it wasn’t for lack of trying as both Leatherhead and Basingstoke had chances to win the game.
Luke Williams saved well from George Reid and Brody Peart glanced a header narrowly wide for ’Stoke, but as the half went on Leatherhead chances came, too.
Mark Scott recovered well to tip Dave Tarpey’s lob over and Mitchell Parker headed wide with the goal begging. Brad Wilson hit the side netting for the visitors in the second half and went closest to scoring when his shot was deflected...
