ECCLESHILL United advanced to the second round thanks to goals from Devonte Morton and Luke Sidway in a tense victory.
Following a poor defensive clearance from the hosts, striker Morton capitalised on the mistake and slotted home after ten minutes.
Keeper Edward Wilczinski made an excellent double save for the visitors just before halftime as Seaham pushed.
Goalscorer Morton received a second yellow card for simulation midway through the second half.
Eccleshill substitute Luke Sidway, however, doubled their lead with a calm finish on the 76th minute.
