STOWMARKET WON 4-2 ON PENS
THERE was little to choose between these two well-matched teams over 90 minutes, with both sides hitting the woodwork, but it was Stowmarket who held their nerve to win the tie on penalties.
The visitors had much the better of the first half. Grays were content to sit tight and soak up the pressure, with Stowmarket frustrated by a host of offside calls.
As a result, chances were few and far between in the first 45 minutes.
Space opened up more after the break.
