MAIDSTONE United recorded their first win in 12 matches at the expense of fellow strugglers Scunthorpe United at Glanford Park.
In an otherwise drab encounter, Jack Barham put the Stones in front against the run of play netted five minutes after coming on as a substitute before Roarie Deacon provided the only real piece of quality in the game as he superbly bent the ball beyond a helpless Marcus Dewhurst to secure a first victory since August 29.
