IN an entertaining game which saw periods of superiority for both sides, the eventual result was probably a fair reflection of the game.
Early play saw the home side on top, but failed to turn their possession into goals.
Marlow did strike a post twice via Aaron McLeish-White and Curtis Chapple.
The second period saw the visitors up their game, and they took the lead when Sam Murray got onto a fine cross to volley past Watkins.
