NEW SIGNING Jack Thorne scored on his debut as ten-man Bridgwater won 2-0 at Barnstaple.
Also on target was man-of-the-match Jack Taylor and the victory sees the Robins close the gap on league leaders Saltash to a solitary point. Bridgwater played the last 65 minutes a man down after Jordan Greenwood saw red.
Saltash were held to a 1-1 draw at Wellington with captain Dave Barker’s header cancelled out by Jamie Nicholson’s top corner strike on 53 minutes.
