FIRST-HALF goals from Paul Mullin and James Jones sent Wrexham back to the top of the National League and extended their unbeaten run to 11 games against managerless Aldershot Town.
A convincing opening 45 minutes by the Red Dragons was rewarded on 28 minutes when top scorer Mullin coolly chipped over Shots keeper Luca Ashby-Hammond.
