TWO-GOAL HEROES CAP FIVE-STAR BRIG SHOW

TWO goals apiece from Harry Scarborough and Donovan Lescott helped Bamber Bridge to a comprehensive win over Matlock Town at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium.
Brig opened the scoring on five minutes when Scarborough won the ball from Matlock goalkeeper Luke Jackson before placing it into an empty net.
And Brig’s number nine had his second on 12 minutes. Jackson parried Fin Sinclair-Smith’s shot, with Scarborough first to arrive at the back post to bundle the ball over the line.
