EXMOUTH Town’s first ever Southern League game at Plain Ham ended in a narrow win for the Devon side.
This was very much a game of two halves: the home side dominated the first, whereas the visitors were better in the second.
Ultimately, though, it was missed chances that did for the Larks. Max Evans had a big chance to put his side 1-0 up early on when he dribbled the ball through on goal, but seemed undecided whether to shoot. Cian Carty-Mc-Manus fired a shot against the bar as they sought that breakthrough goa...
