SKELMERSDALE lost by the odd goal in three yet again for the fifth game running.
United started the stronger and had the visitors in the back foot for the first ten minutes, but, in the 11th minute, disaster struck with Kingsley Adu-Gyamfi scoring the opener.
Sam Booth then denied Elliot Morris from a free-kick, but the hosts were level just before the break after Dec McCloughlin was fouled in the box. Morris’ penalty was saved by Booth, but the ball rebounded to the same player who rammed home.
