CAMERON Rohart-Brown scored the winner as Thatcham earned three vital points against Ashford.
After making a bright start, the full-back gave the hosts a deserved lead from the penalty spot after a cross into the box was handled in the 13th minute.
As the Kingfishers continued to press, Levi Heholt’s low shot was saved by Fred Chapman, then Michael Hill’s effort was deflected over as Thatcham failed to capitalise from a series of corners.
