The former FA Vase winners – many of whom are still playing for Dave Diaper’s side – travel to Bashley on Boxing Day 12 points clear of AFC Totton.
The Stags do have two games in hand but Sholing will be looking to go into their crunch meeting on January 2 on the back of victory.
