STEVE CUNNINGHAM says he is “privileged” to be back in the dugout after being named the new manager of Ashton United following Michael Clegg’s resignation on Monday.
Cunningham led Buxton to promotion in 2021/22 and took them to the second round of the FA Cup where they were knocked out by League One Morecambe.
Now, he is looking for more success in the NPL Premier with the Robins after previous boss Clegg left to join National League side Altrincham as chief scout.
