■ THERE was a nine-goal bonanza as Lowestoft pipped Great Wakering.
Lowestoft had to wait until the 15th minute before moving ahead. Owen Murphy was brought down in the area by Danny Cossington and Chris Henderson made no mistake from the spot.
Little had been seen of the Great Wakering attack but they stunned Lowestoft by hitting three goals in a 13-minute spell. Cossington fired in the first before Billy Johnson netted two quick goals.
