CHAIRMAN Jim Parmenter says Andy Hessenthaler will always be welcome back at Dover Athletic after standing down as manager to return to former club Gillingham for a FOURTH time as Head of Recruitment.
Hessenthaler announced his intention to end his second spell the National League South Whites after four-and-a-half years in charge.
