THANKS to tremendous work by Lilywhites volunteers, the game against Colnewas never in doubt despite several other local games being called off.
The first half saw very little action as both teams looked to get a hold on the ball. Mason Fawns and Andrew Keogh, went close for the hosts while Tom Watson saved from Enock Lusiama to see the sides go in level at the break.
After the break, Lusiama opened the scoring for the visitors, he had two chances to seal the win, but it galvanised the hosts.
