GREAVES’ NEW GIG

TOM GREAVES and Danny Forrest have been appointed as joint managers of Northern Counties East side Thackley. Greaves has been player/assistant manager since joining from Bury AFC last summer and has previously managed FC United of Manchester where he remains their record goalscorer.
He was appointed interim manager at Thackley following the departure of Patrick McGuire last month.
Former Bradford City, Halifax Town, Crawley Town and Barrow player Forrest managed Silsden for six years before joining Guiseley.
