SKELMERSDALE’S Taylor Prescott struck late on to give the visitors the three points against a frustrated Kidsgrove side.
Kidsgrove were the dominate side in the first half, having plenty of the ball and plenty of chances but no one was able to take advantage.
The second half was much more even and Skelmersdale took the lead in the 62nd minute when Declan McLaughlin tapped in.
