TWO goals in a three minute second half spell secured all three points for Walton & Hersham against relegation haunted Sutton Common Rovers.
Walton had the better of a fairly tense first half, John Hicks, Joe Gilbert and Taurean Roberts all going close in the opening 30 minutes.
Just after the half hour, Eddie Simon pinched the ball off Rovers keeper James Dillon but his effort was blocked and Rovers’ first meaningful effort saw a Courtney Swaby freekick saved by Liam Allen.
