■ UXBRIDGE took all three points at Honeycroft in a strong home performance.
The opening goal came after 27 minutes when midfielder Alan Hedley rolled striker Anthony Mendy through and he calmly slotted in.
The Reds continued to dominate, doubling their lead after 34 minutes when Mark Bitmead found Eitel Goueth, who beat his man and poked into the top corner.
After half-time Chertsey played more directly, with Uxbridge happy to try and hold their lead.
