POOLE were denied a deserved victory due to outstanding goalkeeping display by Gosport’s Patrick O’Flaherty.
Gosport started stronger and looked dangerous down the right wing – Gianni Cricklow hit a post after only two minutes.
The visitors took the lead when Harry Hutchinson tugged back Cricklow inside the box and Bradley Tarbuck converted from the penalty spot.
Poole, however, worked their way back into the game and were the better team for the remainder of the match.
