■ HEBBURN snatched narrow victory in a closely-contested game at Grantham.
Hebburn had the first real chance but Joe Walton fired wide before Tom Devitt skied over the bar.
Hebburn pressed towards half-time but could not get past Grantham’s defence and the first half ended goalless with neither keeper troubled. the far post.
Grantham went close in the first minute of the second half when Nathan Tyson’s shot clipped the bar. Grantham had a chance when Mason Lee burst through, but Shaun Newbrook was out to block his shot.
