OSSETT United and Shildon each won a half as the points were shared at Ingfield. The home side had the better of the first half with the Ossett midfield pulling the strings.
Shildon defended well and it took great work to unlock it as Chris Dawson was felled in the penalty area, Craig Nelthorpe despatching the penalty to give Ossett a half-time lead.
Shildon had the better of the second half yet the better chances fell to Ossett.
