Veteran Norris takes points

LANCASTER ended Whitby’s four-game winning run with a brace from veteran David Norris.
Whitby began confidently and came close after just six minutes. City keeper Sam Waller fumbled when the ball was played into the area but recovered to block Bradley Fewster’s shot.
Lancaster went ahead with a well worked goal after 12 minutes. A Sam
Bailey cross from the right was headed back across goal by Charlie Bailey, and Norris flicked Nic Evangelinos’s shot past Town keeper Shane Bland.
