■ STAMFORD eased to a win over Loughborough with all of their hard work done by the end of the first half.
Jonathan Margetts had an early effort blocked on the line and Joe Burgess saw a flying header go wide.
A great passing move, started by Dan Wallis in goal, saw Stamford carve through Loughborough with nonchalant ease. The ball made its way to Harry Vince who pulled it back for Margetts to side foot into the corner.
Stanford’s second came after good work from Cameron Johnson saw his effort cleared off the line for a Connor Bartles...
