IT’S been 37 years since Altrincham’s last run to FA Trophy glory – and manager Phil Parkinson is honoured to have the opportunity to write more history into the club’s folklore.
The Robins have had to do things the hard way in the competition this year, beating the likes of National League leaders Wrexham to set up a quarter-final tie at York City on Saturday and Parkinson can’t hide his excitement.
