■ INSPIRED substitutions by boss Dan Cann turned the game Hamworthy’s way after a below-par first half.
The visitors drew first blood when Harvey Flippance stabbed the ball home from a touched-on free kick. Poor Hammers’ defending then let in Gary Higdon, whose low shot beat Tommy Scott.
The hosts pulled one back just before the break, Curtis Young putting away a penalty after a foul on Eddie Hodge. Hamworthy drew level late on when Remus Nixon pounced after Cam Munn’s shot had been parried.
