HITCHIN TOWN achieved their first league win in ten outings against a curiously subdued Stratford side who had recently hit good form.
It seemed a fixture that might well contain a number of goals, which proved not to be the case.
Hitchin might have had an early lead, but Josh Allen’s air shot reduced the rise in temperature.
