■ LEEK TOWN failed to gain the victory they needed to secure a play-off spot after suffering a home defeat in a fiery affair that saw three red cards.
After a nondescript first half the game erupted with the dismissal of Witton’s Prince Haywood after 58 minutes for a high challenge before the visitors then took the lead in the 65th minute when Samuel Billiington curled in a free-kick.
