■ EDEN Bailey starred as Mossley hammered Newcastle Town at the Red Industries Stadium. Bailey gave Mossley the lead after three minutes, although Newcastle would dominate the first half. Mossley went into the break ahead, but Newcastle equalised soon after the interval through captain James Askey.
