Ground grading is still a grey area

TIME for clarification from The FA! There are a couple of issues that the they should clarify.
Firstly, why can’t they announce long before the end of the season which clubs have failed the ground grading regulations and whether those clubs face demotion or a 12-month grace period? If they are going to demote them from Step 4, will they be placed bottom or outside the bottom two as per Yorkshire Amateurs were last season and, if so, is there a possibility that Step 5 runners-up will be automatically promoted?
Also, can they explain why they still haven’t made a decision...
