IN FRONT of a bumper crowd of 1,873, FC United left with all three points, but Neal Bishop’s Holy Blues can head into the play-offs on Tuesday full of confidence.
Trinity made five changes from the side that secured their play-off spot last time out and started sluggishly.
The Red Rebels led inside eight minutes - Max Cane profiting from a goalkeeping error - to put the visitors in front.
Though chances remained at a premium, United dictated the play, with Michael Donohue Michael Potts controlling large portions of the play.
