REEVES FIRES DOUBLE AS EAGLES LOSE YET AGAIN

MICKELOVER completed the torture of Bedford’s miserable season with an easy win at the Eyrie, with goals from Oliver Greaves and Elliott Reeves.
The Eagles ended the season bottom of the league with 14 straight defeats, and the last 11 games without a goal.
Both sides had to make early substitutions, but the impact of the away change was immediate, as the visitors, with nothing more to play for, took the lead after 33 minutes, when Greaves latched onto a Reeves cross to direct the ball past Elliot Duffy with his first touch.
