TIVERTON Town finished their 2022-23 season in 12th place following an entertaining loss at home against a Winchester City team who finish their own campaign five places below in 17th.
The Devonshire side roared into life after only five minutes when Lucas Vowles crossed to the newly named Tivvy player of the season, Nial Thompson, who fired into an empty net to open the scoring.
