A GOAL from Farai Tsingano in the 76th minute decided the outcome at the Wallace Binder stadium in a match where both struggled to create attacking moves.
Maldon’s Louie Remi forced Witham keeper Ben Lane to make an early save.
Michael Salako shot over for the hosts in the 19th minute and that proved to be Maldon’s best chance.
Witham grew into the game with Callum Matthews and the lively Ryan Riche fond seeing a lot of the ball.
