■ GRAYS leapfrogged into the final play-off place and condemned Hullbridge to relegation with a comfortable victory at Parkside.
It could have been much easier for Grays had they taken any of the plethora of chances they created in just the first ten minutes. But it took Grays until deep into first half injury time to break the deadlock, when Callum Leahy found Callum Watts, who finished calmly.
