■ HADLEY concluded their first season at Step Four with a creditable ninth-placed finish following a stalemate with FC Romania.
Hadley dominated the first half and had a great early chance for Pete Rosemin tipped over by Charlie Taylor, before Billy Hayes finished with aplomb after being put through by Alfieri.
Chances continued at pace and a mix of poor finishing and good goalkeeping kept the score at 1-0 at the break.
After the break and against the run of play Sergiu Maximov broke through for a Romance equaliser midway through a half.
