SUTTON COMMON Rovers produced a controlled showing to see off a tough Crawley Down Gatwick side.
Sammy Clements and Michael Spence went close for the visitors while Nabeel Ghannam dragged an effort wide and Shakeel Morris forced Dave Carruthers into a smart stop at other end, before opening the scoring with the final kick of the first half. Ghannam twisted past two defenders before crossing for Conan Torpey, who fired home.
