B.BRIDGE WON 5-3 ON PENS
BAMBER Bridge secured their place in the NPL Premier Division play-off final after a tense penalty shootout victory over Gainsborough Trinity at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium.
The two sides could not be separated after 120 minutes with the scores level at 1-1.
The hosts opened the scoring on 22 minutes, Rhys Turner producing a superb 25-yard lobbed effort over goalkeeper Matt Yates.
Gainsborough equalised on 42 minutes – Curtis Durose firing another 25-yard effort into the bottom corner...
